9. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute Change Order No.
9 for the acquisition of a Final Cover Irrigation System to a construction contract
with Environmental Specialties International of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in the
amount of $35,000.00 for a restated not to exceed fee of $7,099,980.57 for the J.
C. Elliott Landfill Final Cover System (Phases 4 -6) and Landfill Gas Collection
System.
