Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a construction
contract with Haas Anderson Construction, Ltd. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the
amount of $3,817,209 for Up River Road Improvements from IH 37 exit near
Rand Morgan Road to IH 37 exit near Crosstown Expressway (inside City limits
only) for the Base Bid and Additive Alternate Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
