5. Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment No. 6 to
a professional engineering services contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc.
of Fort Worth, Texas in an amount not to exceed $150,740 for a restated not to
exceed total fee of $1,185,700.50 for the Corpus Christi International Airport
Task 4 Corpus Christi International Airport Terminal Rehabilitation and Federal
Inspection Station.
