2. Motion approving the purchase: of one (1) horizontal directional drilling machine
from Vermeer Texas — Louisiana, Inc. of Round Rock, Texas for a total amount
of $129,728.94. The award is based on the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement
with the Texas Local Government Cooperative (TLGPC). Funding is available in
the FY 2010 -2011 Capital Outlay Budget of the Fleet Maintenance Fund. This
unit is a replacement to the fleet.
