a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $392,474 from the Texas Automobile Theft Prevention Authority
(ATPA) to continue the motor vehicle theft enforcement grant within the
Police Department for Year 11 with a City cash match of $441,505, in -kind
match of $14,019, and program income match of $9,224, for a total project
cost of $857,222 and to execute all related documents.
