24. Motion approving a one -year time extension of a Special Permit (SP) to July 20,
2012 to allow for the continued use of property located at 621 Mohawk Street as
a vehicle storage facility, and to consider that the requirement at SP Condition 2
of 7 that an eight (8) foot screening fence be placed along the south property line
shared with the one - family dwelling district, be reduced to require a six (6) foot
screening fence as must be installed surrounding the remaining perimeter of the
property.
