b. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a Legal
Services Agreement with Bruce Hawn, Welder Leshin, LLP, to represent the
City in environmental services, permits, and land acquisition matters
associated with acquisition of Mary Rhodes Pipeline Phase 2 easements, at
an hourly rate of $250.00, plus expenses, subject to certification of funds.
