1. Your base salary will be $7,500 per month, ($3,461.538 .per pay period, as
City employees are paid on a biweekly basis)
2. We expect your first official day of employment with the City will be effective
Monday, September 19, 2011. Employment Is contingent upon passing a
physical examination, criminal background check, and drug test.
3. You will receive a monthly car allowance of $400.00.
4. You will accrue vacation leave at a rate of 13 days (144 hours) annually,
4.0 hours per pay period.
5. You will accrue sick leave benefits at the rate of 12 days (96.0 hours)
annually, 3.69 hours per pay period.
6. You will have 5 days (40.0 hours) accrued vacation leave and 5 days (40.0
hours) accrued sick leave on the first day of employment.
7. You will receive payment of a moving allowance in the amount of $3,000
payable within the first week of employment.
S. You will receive a lump sum payment equal to three months base salary
for Involuntary termination, including requested resignations, except for
good cause.
9. City will review your pef rmance following completion of six months
employment, to include consideration of pay adjustment.

10. Other benefits are provided, as authorized by the City's Personnel
Ordinance, Chapter 39 Article I Il. You can reference this ordinance online

It should be noted that the City Auditor serves at the pleasure of the Mayor and City
