16. Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an Interlocal
Agreement between the Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation (CAHFC) and
the City of Corpus Christi to support the funding of a loan from the CAHFC to HPD
Castle Manor, LP to help finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of certain
property located in the City of Corpus Christi's jurisdiction.
