a, Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $212,139 from the U. S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice
Assistance, for funding eligible under the FY 2011 Edward Byrne Memorial
Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Local Solicitation, 50% of the funds
to be distributed to Nueces County under an established Interlocal Agreement,
and to execute all related documents.
