Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a construction
contract award with to Ti -Zack Concrete, Inc. of LeCenter, Minnesota for the
Base Bid only in an amount not to exceed $1,272,812.50 for the ADA
Improvements Group 2 Project.
