b. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a Construction
Contract with B. E. Beecroft Construction, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in an
amount not to exceed $2,493,665.79 for the Corpus Christi International
Communications Center, Perimeter Security, Standby Generator and
Commercial Aviation Apron Lighting Upgrades.
