a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $78,527.36 from the State of Texas, Criminal Justice Division to
continue the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) grant within the Police Department
for Year 12 with a City cash match of $16,711.48, in -kind match of $4,000 for
a total project cost of $99,238.84 and to execute all related documents.
