3. Motion approving a service agreement with All Points Environmental, LLC, of
Corpus Christi, Texas for lead -based paint testing, cleaning and clearance
services in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI- 0093 -11, based on best value
for an estimated annual expenditure of $202,565. The term of the service
agreement will be for twelve months with an option to extend the agreement for
up to two additional twelve -month periods, subject to the approval of the
contractor and the City Manager or designee.
