a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $500,000 from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of
Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) for funding available under
the 2011 COPS Child Sexual Predator Program with a city in -kind contribution
of $10,000 to be used to reduce child endangerment and to execute all
related documents.
