a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $94,705.63 from the State of Texas, Criminal Justice Division to
continue the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) grant within the Police
Department for Year 12 with a city cash match of $47,165.44, in -kind match
of $7,200 for a total project cost of $149,071.07 and to execute all related
documents.
