Carlos. I did not receive a response from you when I sent this out on Oct. 18th. The motion has been filed with the
original amount as approved by the council. Do you concur changing this amount and treat it as a scribner's error?

The contract award motion (item 18, October 18) should have been for $349,183.95 per the corrected bid tabulation,
and not $348,910.95 per the motion. This is a difference of $273.00. We will treat this as a Scribner error unless
directed otherwise.
