4. Motion authorizing the lease purchase of one tractor and flex -wing cutter from
Lansdowne -Moody Co., L.P., of Houston, Texas, for a total amount of $80,000,
of which $18,541.55 is required for the remainder of FY 2011 -2012. The award
is based on the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the Houston - Galveston
Area Council of Governments (H -GAC). Funds are available in the Airport Fund
in FY 2011 -2012.
