to extend a lease agreement for two years, with an option for three, one -year
extensions, with Wilson Plaza Associates LP, for approximately 4,802- square
feet at the Wilson Building, 606 N. Carancahua, Suite #105, for $4,802
monthly rental payment, for the Juvenile Assessment Center.
