4. Motion approving the purchase of a LiveScan booking station and required
components from 3M Cogent Systems, Inc. as an enhancement to the Corpus
Christi Police Department's existing Automated Fingerprint Identification System
for a total amount of $85,613. Funds are budgeted and available in the 2010
State Homeland Security Program — Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention
Activity Fund, acquired through the 2010 Homeland Security Grant Program.
