a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $60,000 from the State of Texas, Criminal Justice Division (CJD) of
the Governor's Office for funding available under the Coverdell Forensic
Sciences Improvement Grant Program for the purchase of an interface
between the Police Department Laboratory Information Management System
and Records Management System, and to execute all related documents.
