3. Motion approving the lease purchase of one (1) Pierce rescue pumper from
Siddons Fire Apparatus, Inc., of Manor, Texas in the amount of $425,000 of
which $7,589.57 is required for FY 2011 -2012. The award is based on the
cooperative purchasing agreement with the Texas Local Government
Cooperative. The rescue pumper will be used by the Fire Rescue Division of the
Fire Department. Funds for the lease purchase of the rescue pumper will be
provided through the City's lease /financing program.

RECOMMENDATION: Motion approving the lease purchase of one (1) Pierce rescue pumper from Siddons
