6. Motion approving a repair work order with Smith Pump Company, Inc., of
McAllen, Texas for the removal, repair, installation and start up of Raw Water
Pump #3 located at Pump Station #1, based on sole source in the amount of
$75,058. Funds are budgeted in the Water Department Fund in FY 2011 -2012.
