9. Motion approving service agreements with the following companies for the
following amounts, in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI- 0195 -11, based on
lowest responsible bids for an estimated annual expenditure of $139,932.90, of
which $81,627.53 is required for FY 201.1 -2012. The term of the contracts will be
for twelve months with options to extend the agreements for up to two additional
twelve month periods subject to the approval of the contractors and the City
Manager or designee. Funds have. been budgeted by the Water Department in
FY 2011 -2012.
