5.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to accept a sub -grant in the
amount of $95,299 from the Department of Homeland Security FEMA for funding
eligible under the 2010 Port Security Grant Program (PSGP) grant to purchase
law enforcement equipment for the Police Department.
