6. Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment No. 6 to
the Contract for Professional Services with LNV Engineering, of Corpus Christi,
Texas, in the amount of $758,964 for a total restated fee of $2,877,767 for the
Brawner Parkway Channel Improvements associated with the Staples Street
Improvements as follows: (BOND 2008)
• Phase 1 from Brawner Parkway to Barracuda Place
Phase 2 from Barracuda Place to Gollihar

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required for the
current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the
Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
