3. Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment #E7 to a
Contract for Professional Services with KSA Engineers, Inc. of Longview, Texas,
in the amount of $201,800.00 for a re- stated total of $2,387,216.95 for the
Corpus Christi International Airport Runway 13 -31, Runway Extension Safety
Mitigation Project for additional engineering and design work.

current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the
Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not (been appropriated
for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
