3. Motion approving the lease purchase of two (2) five yard wheel loaders from
'Anderson Machinery, of Manor, Texas in the amount of $379,629.68 of which
$6,757.53 is required for FY 2011 -2012. The award is based on the Cooperative
Purchasing Agreement with the Texas Local Government Cooperative. The units
will be used by the Solid Waste Department. Funds for the lease purchase of the
wheel loaders will be provided through the City's lease /financing program.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative ) hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required for the
current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the
Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
