7. 'Motion approving the purchase of twelve (12) Chevrolet Tahoes from Caldwell
Country Chevrolet, of Caldwell, Texas, for a total amount of $327,562. The award
is based on the cooperative purchasing agreement with the Texas Local
Government Purchasing Cooperative (TLGPC). All units are replacements to the
fleet and will be used by the Police Department. Funding is available in the
FY2011 -2012 Capital Outlay Budget of the Fleet Maintenance Fund.
