Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Participation
Agreement with Corpus Christi Independent School District, Developer of CCISD -
Southside Middle School Tract, in the amount of $238,496.10 for the City's portion of the
cost of the Ennis Joslin Road Bridge over Ditch 29, in accordance with the Unified
Development Code.

not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
