Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an Avigation Easement
referred to as Parcel 3 and Special Warranty Deeds referred to as Parcels 3A and 313, out
of Lots 1 and 2, V.M. Donigan Partition, located north of the Corpus Christi International
Airport (CCIA) and State Highway 44; from Mary Frances Wilson Burson and fourteen
other undivided fee owners; for a total expenditure of $54,000 which includes $52,000 for
the avigation easement and land, with additional expense of $2,000 for title policies,
recording fees and incidentals; all necessary for the CCIA Runway 17 -35
Relocation /Displacement Project E11046 and for other municipal purposes.
At a meeting of the City Council on 6/26/2012, this Motion was passed.

authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that
the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation
or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below,
from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for. any other purpose. Future
payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
