Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to a
Contract for Professional Services with RVE, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount
of $155,520.00, for a total restated fee not to exceed $1,113,240.00 for McArdle Road
from Nile Drive to Ennis Joslin Road and McArdle Road from Whitaker Drive to Nile Drive,
for design, bid, and construction phase services BOND ISSUE 2012. (Proposition No. 1
Street Projects)
