Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a Legal Services Agreement
with attorneys Casey Dobson, Asher Griffin, and the law firm of Scott Douglass, &
McConnico, L.L.P., of Austin, Texas, to provide legal services and representation for
matters in connection with the construction contract for the New Broadway Wastewater
Treatment Plant Project.
At a meeting of the City Council on 7/8/2014, this Motion was passed.
