Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute Amendment No. 3 to an
Engineering Design Contract with Urban Engineering from Corpus Christi, Texas in the
amount of $141,323, for a total re-stated fee of $738,539, for the Padre Island Water
Supply Study for the extension of the 8-inch diameter gas line from the termination point of
the Padre Island Water Supply project to Aquarius Street.
At a meeting of the City Council on 7/8/2014, this Motion was passed.
