Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an engineering design
contract with Urban Engineering of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $244,020 for
the Allison Wastewater Treatment Plant Lift Station and Plant Improvements for design,
bid, and construction administration phase services.
At a meeting of the City Council on 12/16/2014, this Motion was passed.

not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
