Motion approving the Hosting Services Agreement between AssetWorks LLC and the City
of Corpus Christi based on sole source for a 36 month term for total amount of $119,100,
of which $34,400.00 is required for the remainder of FY 2014-2015. Funds have been
budgeted by Fleet Maintenance in FY 2014-2015.
At a meeting of the City Council on 2/10/2015, this Motion was passed.

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
