Motion approving the purchase of one (1) chlorine gas monitoring and detection system
from Ranger Analytics, Inc., Stafford, Texas in accordance with Bid Event No. 36, based
on only bid for an expenditure of $51,550.00. Funds have been budgeted by the Utilities
Department in FY 2014-2015.
At a meeting of the City Council on 5/26/2015, this Motion was passed.

for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
