Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a construction contract with
Ti-Zack Concrete, Inc. of Le Center, Minnesota in the amount of $312,267.00 for ADA
Improvements in CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) Areas FY 2013 for the
total base bid Part A, and to execute a construction contract with A. Ortiz Construction &
Paving, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $152,456.25 for Accessible Routes
in CDBG Residential Areas Phase 3 for the total base bid Part B.
At a meeting of the City Council on 6/9/2015, this Motion was passed.

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
