Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to extend the timeframe of an
agreement by executing Amendment No. 1 to a testing agreement with Tolunay-Wong
Engineers, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $94,810.00 for a restated fee of
$117,900.00 for the Groundwater Monitoring at the J.C. Elliott Municipal Landfill for fiscal
year 2015-2016.

for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
