Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the engineering design, bid
and construction phase services contract with Maldonaldo-Burkett Intelligent
Transportation Systems, LLP (MBITS) of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of
$668,956.56 for the design of traffic signals approved in the 2014 Highway Safety
Improvement Program grant.
