Motion authorizing the Director of the Public Health District or designee to execute
contract amendments with Advanced Cheer Athletics LLC; Apex Personal Training and
Nutrition; Benavides Fitness, LLC; and Twisted Cheer Company to provide additional
services and funding pursuant to existing MEND Childhood Obesity Program service
agreements for a total expenditure not to exceed $770,000. Funds have been budgeted
by Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District (CCNCPHD) in the 1115
Transformation Waiver Fund.

from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future
