Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute an agreement with Rhodes
Urban for the donation and acceptance of a cast aluminum art sculpture known as
"Community Column" by Artist, Jack Gron, Art Professor at Texas A&M Corpus Christi, as
well as an internationally known artist, honoring the memory of Norma Urban, a member
of the Downtown Management Group, to be placed at La Retama Park.
At a meeting of the City Council on 3/28/2017, this Motion was passed.
