Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a construction contract with
Haas-Anderson Construction, Ltd. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of
$6,192,097.55 for Carroll Lane from Houston Street to McArdle Road for a total Base Bid
plus Additive Alternate No. 1 and to execute a construction materials testing agreement
with Tolunay-Wong Engineers, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $59,515 for
Carroll Lane from Houston Street to McArdle Road. (Bond 2014 Proposition 1)
