Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute Amendment No. 1 to a
contract for professional services with Gateway Planning Group, Inc. of Dallas, Texas in
the amount of $175,500 for a restated fee of $225,000 for the TIRZ #3 Integrated Traffic
and Planning Study project.

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
