Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a multi-year ID/IQ
construction contract with PM Construction & Rehab, LLC dba IPR South Central, LLC, of
Pasadena, Texas in the amount of $2,000,000 for Citywide Collection System Pipe
Bursting ID/IQ Part C. This is a one (1) year base contract with four (4) optional one (1)
year renewals to be approved administratively subject to availability of funding and
satisfactory contractor performance; subject to City Council authorization prior to renewal
hereof. (Capital Improvement Program) (CIP)

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
