Motion to authorize the City Manager or designee to execute an agreement to extend the
Professional Service Management Agreement for the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and
History with CCMJV, LLC on a month-to-month basis, ending February 1, 2018, to allow for
negotiation of a future agreement.
At a meeting of the City Council on 10/31/2017, this Motion was passed.
