Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a construction contract with
Haas Anderson Construction of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $1,256,389 for the
La Voila Creek Drainage Channel Excavation, Phase 1 project (Capital Improvement
Program).
