Motion to authorize the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to the
Agreement for the Adjustment of City of Corpus Christi Municipal Utilities in connection
with the U.S. 181 Harbor Bridge Replacement Project (AAMU) with the Texas Department
of Transportation (TxDOT) for a maximum payment of $21 million to be paid in three
annual payments.
At a meeting of the City Council on 7/31/2018, this Motion was passed.
