Motion authorizing the First Amendment to the Business Incentive Agreement between the
Corpus Christi Business and Job Development Corporation and Texas A&M
University - Corpus Christi, which extends the date for creating programs in civil and
industrial engineering until December 31, 2020 and extends the term of the agreement to
December 31, 2023.
At a meeting of the City Council on 8/21/2018, this Motion was passed.
Aye: 7 Mayor McComb, Council Member Garza, Council Member Hunter, Council
Member Molina, Council Member Roy, Council Member Rubio, and Council
Member Smith
Abstained: 2 Council Member Guajardo, and Council Member Lindsey-Opel
