Motion to authorize the execution of amendments, agreements and encumbrance of
funds for legal and other professional consulting and/or expert witness services for the
Public Utility Commission of Texas Docket No. 47920 Petition of the Beeville Water
Supply District Appealing Raw Water Rates Adopted by City of Corpus Christi in
amounts not to exceed $225,000 and authorize carry-over of unexpended funds into
the following fiscal years.

for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation

the Public Utility Commission of Texas, and other lawsuits including potential consideration for attorneys,
engineers, and other expert witnesses assisting in defense of actions.
